A memory alloy sheet which is located on the outer sides of the conductive rods and makes contact with the inner wall of the gun body is fixedly connected between the two insulating blocks, a through opening is formed in the upper side wall of the gun body, an insulating filter screen is fixedly installed in the through opening, a sealing plate located on the upper side of the insulating filter screen is rotatably installed on the inner wall of the through opening through a rotating shaft, and a fixing mechanism is arranged between the sealingplate and the gun body. When the temperature of the gun body is too high, the two conductive rods are disconnected through deformation of the memory alloy sheet, charging work is stopped, damage to the gun body due to long-time high temperature is avoided, meanwhile, the sealing plate is rotated to increase airflow communicating with the outside, and heat dissipation of the gun body is accelerated.

    本发明公开了一种防过热新能源汽车充电枪,包括枪体,所述枪体的内部滑动设置有两个绝缘块,两个所述绝缘块相对的一侧均固定连接有导电杆,两个所述绝缘块的相对的一侧还固定连接有连板,两个所述连板之间固定连接有伸缩弹簧,两个所述绝缘块之间固定连接有位于导电杆外侧且与枪体内壁相接触的记忆合金片,所述枪体的上侧壁开设有通口,所述通口内固定安装有绝缘滤网,所述通口的内壁上通过转轴转动安装有位于绝缘滤网上侧的密封板,所述密封板与枪体之间设有固定机构。本发明在枪体温度过高时通过记忆合金片的形变使两个导电杆断开,停止充电工作避免长时间高温使枪体损坏,同时使密封板转起增加与外部连通的气流,加快枪体的散热。
