The invention discloses an anti-overheating charging gun, and the charging gun comprises a pile body and a gun body which are distributed left and right, two pin holes are formed in the side, close tothe pile body, of the gun body, an inner cavity communicating with the two pin holes is formed in the gun body, and a sliding plate is slidably connected into the inner cavity; two pressing rods areevenly arranged on the inner circumferential wall of the inner cavity in a penetrating mode, and arc-shaped pressing plates are fixedly connected to the ends, located in the inner cavity, of the pressing rods. The charging device has the advantages that during charging, the pre-positioning is achieved through mutual cooperation of the positioning plate and the positioning groove, the pressing rodpushes the sliding plate and the charging stepped pin through the connecting rod and the supporting rod to enable the charging pin to be completely inserted into the charging sleeve to achieve charging, a positioning circuit is connected, and the position of the pressing rod is fixed after the inserting block is inserted into the inserting hole; during the overheating condition, the first conductive block is pushed away from the second conductive block through air expansion, the positioning circuit is disconnected, then the charging stepped pin is automatically reset into the pin hole, and theoverheating deformation of the gun body is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车防过热充电枪,包括左右分布的桩体与枪体,所述枪体靠近桩体的一侧开设有两个销孔,所述枪体内开设有与两个销孔连通的内空腔,所述内空腔内滑动连接有滑板,所述内空腔的内周壁均匀贯穿设置有两个按压杆,所述按压杆位于内空腔的一端固定连接有弧形的按压板。优点在于:在需要充电时,利用定位板与定位槽的相互配合实现预定位,按压杆通过连杆、支杆推动滑板、充电阶梯销使充电销完全插入充电套实现充电,接通定位电路,实现插块插入插孔后的按压杆的位置固定,在发生过热现象时,利用空气膨胀推动第一导电块远离第二导电块,断开定位电路,进而使充电阶梯销自动复位至销孔内,避免枪体过热变形。
