    本发明公开了一种防过热自调式大功率充电桩,包括绝缘盒,所述绝缘盒内开设有圆柱状的放置槽,所述放置槽内通过转轴同轴转动连接有转盘,且转盘的侧壁与放置槽的槽壁滑动连接,所述转盘的侧壁沿周向均匀开设有多个导热槽,每个所述导热槽的槽壁上均通过记忆弹簧弹性连接有配重块,所述放置槽的槽壁与绝缘盒侧壁之间固定密封插设有用电端子,每个所述导热槽的槽口处均密封固定设有供电端子。本发明中通过设置记忆弹簧、转盘与配重块,在供电端子温度过高时,记忆弹簧带动对应的配重块运动,从而驱动转盘转动切换供电端子,进而保证即使用电端子长时间使用,也不会导致供电端子过热,保障汽车充电过程的正常进行,使用效果好。
