According to the improved ADC6 aluminum alloy provided by the invention, the metal beryllium (Be) is added to the improved ADC6 aluminum alloy, so that the performance of the aluminum-magnesium alloy is changed, and the improved ADC6 aluminum alloy has the advantages that cracks are not liable to form in the preparation process, the shrinkage rate is small, the flowability is low, demolding is easy, and strain is avoided. The preparation method of the improved ADC6 aluminum alloy is simple, green and environmentally friendly, and the prepared ADC6 aluminum alloy has the advantages of resistance to corrosion, high in strength, conductivity, toughness, fatigue limit and abrasion resistance, resistance to seawater corrosion, no magnetism, resistance to thermal shock, no sparks during collision and the like, and can be widely applied to the automobile part.

    本发明提供一种改进ADC6铝合金、其制法及于汽车配件中的应用。该改进ADC6铝合金各组分及各组分含量如下:金属铝的质量分数为60~70wt%、金属镁的质量分数为10~30wt%、金属铜的质量分数为0.1~1.0wt%、金属锰的质量分数为0.1~1.5wt%、金属Be的质量分数为0.7~3.0wt%。本申请提供的一种改进ADC6铝合金,该改进ADC6铝合金中添加了金属铍(Be),改变了铝镁合金的性能,在制备过程中不易形成裂纹且收缩率小、流动性小、易脱模避免拉伤的优点。且本申请的改进ADC6铝合金的制备方法简单、绿色环保,制得的ADC6铝合金具有抗腐蚀性、高强度、高导电率、高韧性、高疲劳极限、高耐磨性、耐海水腐蚀、无磁性、耐热冲击、碰撞时不发生火花等优点,可广泛用于汽车配件中。
