The invention discloses a preparation method of an aluminum alloy plate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out heating solid solution, hot stamping forming, in-mold quenching and artificial aging on an aluminum alloy; wherein in the artificial aging process, the aluminum alloy is subjected to heat preservation for 30-60 min at the temperature of 165-185 DEG C; the aluminum alloy is any one of 7000 series aluminum alloy, 2000 series aluminum alloy and 6000 series aluminum alloy. The aluminum alloy plate with high strength and toughness can be prepared, and meanwhile the production efficiency is improved. The invention further provides the aluminum alloy plate prepared through the preparation method, the tensile strength ranges from 660 MPa to 690 MPa, the yield strength ranges from 610 MPa to 650 MPa, and the ductility is larger than or equal to 13.0%. The invention further provides an automobile component which comprises the aluminum alloy plate.

    本发明公开了一种铝合金板材的制备方法,包括步骤:对铝合金进行加热固溶、热冲压成形及模内淬火、人工时效;其中,人工时效是将铝合金在165‑185℃下保温30‑60min;铝合金为7000系铝合金、2000系铝合金、6000系铝合金中的任意一种。本发明能够制得具有高强韧性的铝合金板材,同时提高生产效率。本发明还提供了一种由上述制备方法制备的铝合金板材,抗拉强度为660~690MPa,屈服强度为610~650MPa,延伸率≥13.0%。本发明还提供了一种汽车构件,包括上述的铝合金板材。
