The invention provides a die-casting aluminum alloy, a preparation method thereof and an automobile structural part. The die-casting aluminum alloy comprises the following element components in percentage by weight: 3.0 to 6.0 percent of Cu (copper), 0.5 to 2.0 percent of Mn (manganese), 0 to 4.0 percent of Ni (nickel), 0.01 to 0.35 percent of Fe (iron), 0.01 to 0.45 percent of Ti (titanium), 0.05 to 0.15 percent of B (boron), 0.005 to 0.015 percent of Sr (strontium), less than or equal to 0.15 percent of other elements and the balance of Al (aluminum), wherein the total amount of the other elements is less than or equal to 0.15 percent. The die-casting aluminum alloy material can be applied to large thin-wall vehicle body structural parts under the as-cast condition, can be used for heat-resistant high-strength parts under the T6 heat treatment condition, is beneficial to use of homologous alloys for aluminum alloy parts of a whole vehicle, and is convenient to recycle, low-carbon and environment-friendly.
