The method comprises the steps that an aluminum alloy raw material is heated to a first temperature within a first time period and subjected to heat preservation; the aluminum alloy raw materials are transferred to a machining table, and secondary heating and heat preservation are conducted within a second time period in the transferring process; wherein in the transferring process, the temperature of the aluminum alloy raw material is changed from the first temperature to a second temperature; the first temperature and the second temperature are both lower than the solid solution temperature of the aluminum alloy raw material; and the transferred aluminum alloy raw material is subjected to follow-up machining treatment, and the aluminum alloy part is obtained.
