The invention discloses a hydraulic polar region ship shafting whirling vibration semi-active control device. The number of compensation cylinders is three, an included angle between every two adjacent compensation cylinders is 120 degrees, and the compensation cylinders are distributed in a radial direction of shafting. A displacement sensor outputs a deviation signal to a controller, and a corresponding control instruction is calculated through a control algorithm and applied to a servo valve. The servo valve is driven by a variable pump and the control instruction to control movement of oil in an upper oil cavity and a lower oil cavity of an active cylinder, and active compensation is achieved. A gas-liquid energy accumulator serves as a buffer device to achieve passive compensation. The active cylinder, the compensation cylinders and the gas-liquid energy accumulator are combined into a semi-active control device through a middle transition cylinder. When whirling vibration occurs, the gas-liquid energy accumulator firstly compensates for part of vibration energy and reduces influence of reactive force of hydraulic pressure on a ship body, then the displacement sensor detects the change of the position of a piston, and external hydraulic pressure is applied to the system by controlling the active cylinder, so that the semi-active control over the whirling vibration of the shafting is realized.

    一种液压式极地船舶轴系回旋振动半主动控制装置,所述补偿缸共三个,相邻两补偿缸之间呈120度并沿轴系径向分布。位移传感器将偏差信号输出至控制器中,经由控制算法计算出相应的控制指令施加于伺服阀。伺服阀在变量泵与控制指令的驱动下,控制着主动缸上下油腔油液的运动,实现主动补偿。气液蓄能器作为缓冲装置实现被动补偿。主动缸、补偿缸、气液蓄能器通过中间过渡缸结合成为半主动控制装置。发生回旋振动时,气液蓄能器先补偿掉一部分振动能量并减小液压力的反作用力对船体的影响,然后位移传感器检测到活塞位置的变化,通过控制主动缸给系统施加外部液压力,从而实现轴系的回旋振动半主动控制。
