The permanent magnet and the magneto-rheological damper are located in a groove of the rotor, and the permanent magnet, the magneto-rheological damper and the rotor do not move relatively, that is, the permanent magnet and the magneto-rheological damper are fixed in the rotor. The coil and the iron core are located in the stator and slotted, and the coil and the iron core are also fixed in the stator. Roller grooves are formed outside the rotor and inside the stator, and the rollers 5 are located in the groove of the roller.     本发明提供了一种极地船舶轴系回旋振动智能控制装置,包括:永磁体、磁流变阻尼、线圈、铁芯、滚子、转子、定子。所述永磁体、磁流变阻尼位于转子的槽内部,且永磁体、磁流变阻尼和转子间无相对运动,即永磁体和磁流变阻尼固定于转子内部。所述线圈、铁芯位于定子内部开槽,同样所述线圈、铁芯固定于定子内部。转子外部和定子内部开有滚子槽,滚子5位于滚子槽内。本发明所提供的极地船舶轴系智能回旋振动控制装置,采用磁流变阻尼技术能够有效实现极地船舶轴系回旋振动的控制,避免由轴系回旋振动引发共振及结构上的破坏,确保船舶在冰区航行的安全可靠性。
