The invention discloses a dual-channel shafting transverse vibration active control device. The dual-channel shafting transverse vibration active control device comprises first, second and third acceleration sensors, a vibration controller, first, second and third signal amplifiers, first and second power amplifiers, first and second electromagnetic actuators and an actuator bracket, wherein the first and second electromagnetic actuators are connected with a middle bearing seat through the actuator bracket, the first, second and third acceleration sensors transmit measured vibration acceleration electric signals to the first, second and third signal amplifiers to be amplified, the vibration acceleration electric signals are transmitted to the vibration controller through the first, second and third signal amplifiers, and the vibration controller performs spectrum analysis and feature signal extraction to obtain vibration information; and the third acceleration sensor extracts shafting vibration signals as reference signals, the first and second electromagnetic actuators generate force which is the same as shafting vibration in frequency and opposite in direction to offset shafting vibration, and control over shafting transverse vibration in multiple directions is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种双通道轴系横向振动主动控制装置,该装置包含:加速度传感器一、二和三;振动控制器;信号放大器一、二和三;功率放大器一和二;电磁作动器一和二;以及作动器支架。其中,电磁作动器一、二通过作动器支架与中间轴承座连接,加速度传感器一、二和三分别将测得的振动加速度电信号传输至信号放大器一、二和三进行放大,经信号放大器一、二和三传输至振动控制器,振动控制器进行频谱分析和特征信号提取后获得振动信息;加速度传感器三提取轴系振动信号作为参考信号,电磁作动器一、二产生与轴系振动频率大小相同,方向相反的力用于抵消轴系振动,实现对多个方向的轴系横向振动的控制。
