The invention discloses a moving device for an intelligent robot and a moving method thereof. The moving device comprises a bearing shell, a sealing plate is arranged at the bottom of the bearing shell, a mounting hole is formed in the sealing plate, the mounting hole is slidably sleeved with a bottom plate, the bottom plate is provided with four rolling wheels, the bearing shell is provided witha partition plate, the partition plate is provided with a connecting sleeve, and the bottom plate is provided with a connecting column; the top of the outer wall of the connecting column is slidably sleeved with a connecting sleeve, the top of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a connecting lantern ring, the connecting lantern ring is fixedly connected with multiple clamping teeth, the connecting sleeve is provided with a gear, and the gear is meshed with the clamping teeth. By means of the arrangement mode that the connecting sleeve, the connecting column, the bottom plate and the connecting lantern ring are matched, when goods are carried and turned, the first hydraulic cylinder contracts, so that the connecting shell descends relative to the bottom plate and makes contact with the ground, and when the bottom plate rotates to change the direction of the rolling wheels, the goods are stably supported by the bearing plate; therefore, the practical performance is improved.

    本发明公开了一种智能机器人用移动装置及其移动方法,包括承载外壳,承载外壳的底部设置有密封板,密封板开设有安装孔,安装孔滑动套接有底板,底板设置有四个滚轮,承载外壳设置有隔板,隔板设置有连接套筒,底板设置有连接柱,连接柱外壁的顶部与连接套筒滑动套接,底板的顶部固定连接有连接套环,连接套环固定连接有多个卡齿,连接套筒设置有齿轮,齿轮与卡齿啮合连接。本发明利用连接套筒、连接柱、底板和连接套环相配合的设置方式,在其搬运货物转弯时,第一液压缸会收缩进而使连接外壳相对底板下降,使其与地面接触,进而在底板转动给滚轮转换方向的时候,使承载板对货物进行稳定的支撑,从而提高其实用性能。
