The invention discloses a maneuvering type radio remote control laying device and method, and relates to the field of seabed monitoring. The device comprises a laying frame, a bottom cover and a radioremote control releaser, wherein the laying frame is of a cuboid structure with an upper opening and a lower opening, the bottom cover is hinged to one edge of the bottom of the laying frame througha hinge, and used for supporting monitoring system equipment arranged in the laying frame, a stop block is arranged on the edge, opposite to the edge where the hinge is located, of the bottom cover, the radio remote control releaser remotely controlled by a radio remote controller is fixedly arranged on one side, corresponding to the stop block, of the laying frame, and a rotating shaft arranged at the bottom of the radio remote control releaser can rotate under the control of the radio remote control releaser so as to clamp or loosen the stop block, and therefore, the monitoring system equipment is released. The method comprises the steps of locking the bottom cover, placing the equipment and releasing the equipment. According to the device and the method, the overall structure is simpleand small, repeated operation can be achieved, the reliability is high, and an important guiding role in maneuvering throwing of the monitoring system equipment is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种机动式无线电遥控布放装置及方法,涉及海底监测领域,该装置包括布放框架、底盖和无线电遥控释放器,布放框架呈上、下敞口的长方体结构,底盖通过铰链铰接在布放框架底部的一条棱上,用于支撑置于布放框架内的监测系统设备,底盖上与铰链所在棱相对的棱上设有挡块;布放框架上与挡块相对应的一侧固装有通过无线电遥控器遥控控制的无线电遥控释放器,设于无线电遥控释放器底部的转轴能在无线电遥控释放器的控制下转动,以卡住或松开挡块,从而释放监测系统设备。该方法包括锁定底盖、放置设备、释放设备。本发明整体结构简单小巧、可重复操作、可靠性强,对监测系统设备的机动式投放具有重要指导作用。
