The invention provides an electric locomotive transmission platform, which comprises: a hoisting frame arranged on the lower portion of an electric locomotive, wherein the hoisting frame is used for hoisting a DC/AC converter, connected with the storage battery and used for converting direct current output by the storage battery into alternating current, of the electric locomotive; and a supporting frame arranged on the DC/AC converter arranged on the electric locomotive, connected with the storage battery and used for converting direct current output by the storage battery into alternating current. In combination with other structures, the defects that in the prior art, due to the fact that the span of an annular hanging ring is poor, extra acting force causing large strain inside is formed on a DC/AC converter, connected with a storage battery and used for converting output direct current into alternating current, of the electric locomotive and a frame of the electric locomotive areeffectively overcome.
