The invention discloses a transfer robot for warehouse logistics, and relates to the technical field of robots. The transfer robot comprises a base, a motor is arranged in the upper end of the base, and the output end of the motor is connected with a screw rod. The screw rod is in threaded connection with a lower layer plate, moving plates are movably connected in the lower layer plate in a left-and-right symmetry mode, and racks are fixedly connected to the inner ends of the moving plates. Driven gears are in meshing transmission with the racks, the driven gears are in meshing transmission with driving gears, the driving gears are in key connection with sleeve columns connected to the screw rod in threaded and sleeving modes, and supporting plates are fixedly connected to the outer ends of the moving plates. The transfer robot is clear in structure, during unloading, only a motor needs to be started, the lower layer plate is driven by the screw rod, cargoes are lifted to be at the height of a storage point, unloading is facilitated, the situation that the cargoes fall off from high altitudes in the lifting process is prevented by means of outward movement of the supporting plates,and meanwhile under the damping and buffering effects on the cargoes in the carrying process by means of first springs and second springs, the safety coefficient of the transfer robot during cargo transfer is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于仓储物流的搬运机器人,涉及机器人技术领域,包括基座,基座上端内部安置有电机,电机输出端连接有丝杆,丝杆上螺纹连接有下层板,下层板内部左右对称均移动连接有移动板,移动板内端固定连接有齿条,齿条啮合传动有从动齿轮,从动齿轮均啮合传动在主动齿轮上,主动齿轮键连接在螺纹套接于丝杆上的套柱上,所述的移动板外端均固定连接有托板。本发明装置结构明了,卸货时,只需启动电机,利用丝杆传动下层板,将货物抬升至储存点高度,便于卸货,并且借助托板外移,防止货物抬升过程发生高空坠落的情况,同时借助第一弹簧及第二弹簧的作用,对搬运过程货物的减震缓冲作用,大大提高搬运机器人转载货物时的安全系数。
