The invention provides a wall-climbing robot which comprises two walking devices distributed in the transverse direction in a spaced mode, each walking device comprises two walking mechanisms arrangedin the longitudinal direction, and the two walking mechanisms are connected in a hinged mode. The walking mechanism comprises a chain wheel supporting frame and a plurality of magnetic adsorption units, and a load dispersing mechanism is arranged between the chain wheel supporting frame and the magnetic adsorption units and used for dispersing loads to the magnetic adsorption units. According tothe wall-climbing robot provided by the invention, the load moving capacity of the wall-climbing robot is remarkably improved through overall rigid connection, a four-section curved surface adaptive structure and a load dispersing mechanism.

    本发明提供了一种爬壁机器人,包括两个沿横向间隔分布的行走装置,所述行走装置包括沿纵向设置的两个行走机构,两个行走机构通过铰接方式连接;所述行走机构包括链轮支撑架和多个磁吸附单元,所述链轮支撑架和磁吸附单元之间设有载荷分散机构,所述载荷分散机构用于将载荷分散到多个磁吸附单元上。本发明提出的爬壁机器人,通过整体刚性连接、四段式曲面适应结构、载荷分散机构显著提高爬壁机器人的负载移动能力。
