The invention relates to a robot, in particular to an ecological underwater observation robot. The robot comprises an overwater part and an underwater part, the overwater part can receive the underwater part, the underwater part can be separated from the overwater part, the overwater part comprises floating plates, shafts II, shifting blades and arc-shaped feet, the floating plates are arranged ina mirror symmetry mode, the upper side of the middle of each floating plate is rotationally connected with the corresponding shaft II, and the multiple shifting blades are evenly and fixedly connected to each shaft II in the circumferential direction; the outer end of each poking blade is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped foot, a square opening is formed in the middle of each floating plate, and the square openings are used for the poking blades and the arc-shaped feet to rotate around the axis of the shaft II to the position below the floating plates. Requirements on receiving precision can be reduced, and the position can be automatically fixed after falling.
