The invention relates to a toll station passing method, system and device for an automatic driving vehicle and a storage medium. The toll station passing method for an automatic driving vehicle comprises the following steps that when the distance between the automatic driving vehicle and a toll station is a preset distance, it is judged that the automatic driving vehicle enters an area of the tollstation; after it is judged that the vehicle enters the area of the toll station, the automatic driving vehicle establishes communication connection with the toll station and sends a pull-in requestsignal to the toll station; the toll station selects an optimal ETC channel port for the automatic driving vehicle based on the currently effective available ETC channel ports and the queuing number of each ETC channel port after receiving the pull-in request signal from the automatic driving vehicle; the toll station sends the position information of the optimal ETC channel port to the automaticdriving vehicle; and the automatic driving vehicle plans a driving path based on the position information of the optimal ETC channel port and the position of the automatic driving vehicle.
