The invention discloses a rapid passing system for toll station congestion. A monitoring all-in-one machine monitors vehicle information and traffic flow feature information and sends the information to a congestion early warning subsystem; the congestion early warning subsystem judges whether toll station congestion early warning is started or not according to the traffic flow feature information, toll station congestion early warning information and early warning signals are generated and sent to the directional broadcast subsystem when toll station congestion early warning is started, and the received vehicle information and early warning signals are sent to the traffic management and control subsystem; the directional broadcast subsystem sends toll station congestion early warning information to the mobile terminal according to the early warning signal to prompt a vehicle to pay a toll in advance; the mobile terminal carries out toll pre-payment according to the toll station congestion early warning information, generates a payment result data packet and sends the payment result data packet to the traffic management and control subsystem; the passing management and control subsystem judges whether payment succeeds or not according to the vehicle information and the payment result data packet, generates a payment voucher and passable lane information after payment succeeds and sends the payment voucher and the passable lane information to the mobile terminal; and if not, recording the information of the vehicle which is not successfully paid, and sending the information of the vehicle which is not successfully paid and an early warning signal to the charging subsystem. According to the invention, the vehicle passing efficiency when the toll station is congested can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种收费站拥堵时的快速通行系统包括:监测一体机监测车辆信息和车流特征信息发送至拥堵预警子系统;拥堵预警子系统根据车流特征信息判定是否启动收费站拥堵预警,启动时生成收费站拥堵预警信息和预警信号发送至定向广播子系统,将接收的车辆信息和预警信号发送至通行管控子系统;定向广播子系统根据预警信号将收费站拥堵预警信息发送至移动端,提示车辆预缴通行费;移动端根据收费站拥堵预警信息进行通行费预缴,并生成缴费结果数据包发送至通行管控子系统;通行管控子系统根据车辆信息与缴费结果数据包判断是否缴费成功,缴费成功后生成缴费凭证与可通行车道信息发送至移动端;当未成功时记录未交费成功的车辆信息,并将未交费成功的车辆信息和预警信号发送至计费子系统。本申请可以提升收费站拥堵时的车辆通行效率。
