The invention discloses an inspection robot. The inspection robot comprises a movable chassis, a foldable lifting support which is installed on the movable chassis and a detection head which is installed on the foldable lifting support, the foldable lifting support comprises a lifting driving motor, a base support and a floating support, the lifting driving motor is arranged on the movable chassisand is used for driving the foldable lifting support to perform lifting operation, one end of the base support is connected with the lifting driving motor and can perform lifting action, one end of the floating support is connected with the base support, the other end of the floating support is connected with a detection head, and the floating support is used for realizing the lifting action under the driving of the base support. According to the inspection robot, detection personnel can be simulated to easily complete actions such as overlooking, looking up, squatting and forepoling so as toflexibly complete detection of different aircrafts and different parts and components of the aircrafts, the detection precision is high, conditions such as false detection and missing detection are avoided, and meanwhile, the size and space occupation can be greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种巡检机器人,其包括:可移动底盘、安装于所述可移动底盘的可折叠式升降支架以及安装于所述可折叠式升降支架的检测头部;其中,所述可折叠式升降支架包括:升降驱动电机,安装于所述可移动底盘,用以驱动所述可折叠式升降支架进行升降操作;基座支架,一端与所述升降驱动电机连接并可进行升降动作;浮动支架,一端与所述基座支架连接,另一端与所述检测头部连接,用以在所述基座支架的驱动下实现升降动作。本发明可模拟检测人员轻松完成俯视、仰视、下蹲、前探等动作,以灵活地完成对不同的飞机,以及飞机不同的部位、部件进行检测,检测精度高、不会出现误检漏检等情况;同时可大幅减小体积和空间占用。
