An embodiment of the invention provides an elevator control system achieving interaction with an autonomous mobile robot, and relates to the technical field of elevator control. The elevator control system comprises a first communication unit and an elevator control module which are arranged on an elevator, wherein the first communication unit is electrically connected to the elevator control module, and the first communication unit is in communication connection with the autonomous mobile robot. The first communication unit is used for receiving control information sent by the autonomous mobile robot based on a remote communication mode and/or a near field communication mode, wherein the control information comprises information of a current floor where the robot is located and/or information of a target floor. The elevator control module is used for generating a control instruction based on the control information in order to enable the elevator to operate according to the control instruction, the problem that the remote communication mode is affected by distance and interference is solved, the stability of communication signals of the robot and elevator control equipment is enhanced, and therefore the reliability of the elevator taking process of the robot is enhanced.
