PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the quality of a service provided by a conventional guiding robot is insufficient because the guiding robot cannot guide a passenger after using an elevator and does not cope with the guidance corresponding to a passenger attribute in a car.SOLUTION: An elevator device according to the present invention transmits a summoning command of an autonomous robot providing guidance and hospitality service, and includes: a camera provided in a car for photographing a passenger in the car who is getting in the car; passenger attribute determination means for determining the attribute of the passenger in the car from the photographed image of the camera; destination floor determination means for determining the destination floor of the passenger in the car from a destination call in the car; and summoning command transmittance means for transmitting the summoning command for summoning the autonomous robot to the car stop of the destination floor.
