The invention discloses a ship cleaning residue recycling robot which comprises a robot moving base. A protective ring is connected to the outer side of the robot moving base, a water tank and a garbage can are arranged at the two ends of the upper side of the robot moving base correspondingly, a water collecting mechanism is connected to one side of the water tank, and a flushing mechanism is connected to one side of the garbage can. The lower side of one end of the protective ring is rotationally connected with a cleaning frame through a rotating shaft, the two sides of the cleaning frame are fixedly connected with supporting springs through screws, the upper ends of the supporting springs are fixedly connected with the robot moving base through screws, and the inner side of one end of the cleaning frame is rotationally connected with a cleaning roller through a bearing. According to the ship cleaning residue recycling robot, due to the designed cleaning frame and antiskid wheels, when the robot moves, the anti-skid wheels make contact with a ship to rotate, through transmission of driving gears and driven gears, the cleaning roller and a conveying belt are made to rotate, and therefore residues are swept up and conveyed into the garbage can to be recycled, other power assistance is not needed, and cleaning is more convenient.

    本发明公开了一种船舶清洗残渣回收机器人,包括机器人移动底座,机器人移动底座的外侧连接有防护圈,机器人移动底座上侧两端分别设置有水箱和垃圾箱,水箱的一侧连接有收水机构,垃圾箱的一侧连接有冲洗机构,防护圈的一端下侧通过转轴转动连接有清理架,清理架的两侧通过螺钉固定连接有支撑弹簧,支撑弹簧的上端与机器人移动底座通过螺钉固定连接,清理架的一端内侧通过轴承转动连接有清理辊,本发明通过设计的清理架和防滑轮,在机器人移动时防滑轮接触船舶进行转动,通过主动齿轮和从动齿轮的传动,使清理辊和输送带转动,从而把残渣扫起并输送到垃圾箱内回收,无需其他的动力辅助,在清理时更加方便。
