The invention provides an underwater self-adaptive adsorption ship cleaning and recycling robot, and belongs to the technical field of ship cleaning. Comprising a base provided with a plurality of pairs of supporting arms extending outwards, and an electronic sealing cabin is arranged on the surface of the side, close to a ship, of the base; the shell is used for connecting and fixing an umbilical cable; the multiple motion adsorption units are used for being adsorbed to the arc-shaped surface of a ship and moving along the surface of the ship. The Bernoulli sucker adsorption and dirt collection unit is used for providing auxiliary suction force and forming eddy current towards the center of the base; the cleaning and recycling integrated unit is used for generating cavitation water flow, and the cavitation water flow enables pollutants to be separated from a ship body and sucks and recycles dirt stripped from the surface of the ship through a water suction pump; and the cable flow supply integrated umbilical cable is connected with the electronic sealed cabin to transmit information and electric energy, and provides a water source for the cavitation water flow of the cleaning and recycling integrated unit. The robot reliably adsorbs the surface and cleans and recovers pollutants when moving along the surface of the ship.
