The invention provides a gear-shifting system and method of a hybrid power vehicle. In a first stage in which a torque is reduced, a BSG motor outputs a negative torque first to an engine and then reduces the torque of the engine. In a third stage in which the torque is raised, the torque of the engine is increased first to a target torque, and then the negative torque output by the BSG motor is adjusted back to zero. In the first stage of gear-shifting, the BSG motor gives the negative torque to respond to a torque decreasing request preferably. In the torque increasing stage, the torque of the engine is restored preferably to the target torque, that is, the needed torque, and adjustment of the negative torque back of the BSG is delayed. Thus, the ability of engine response is improved tothe maximum extent, the gear-shifting time is reduced, and the gear-shifting torque responding quality is improved. Meanwhile, the integral system can be recharged, so that energy balance of the system is optimized.
本发明提供一种混合动力车辆的换挡系统和方法,在降低扭矩的第一阶段,BSG电机首先输出负扭矩至发动机之后降低发动机的扭矩。在提升扭矩的第三阶段,首先提升发动机扭矩至目标扭矩,之后回调BSG电机输出的负扭矩至零。在换挡的第一阶段BSG电机给出负扭矩优先响应降扭请求,在升扭阶段,优先恢复发动机的扭矩到达目标扭矩即需要的扭矩,延后BSG的负扭矩回调。这样最大限度提升了发动机响应的能力,减少换挡时间,提高换挡扭矩响应质量,同时可对整个系统回充电,优化系统能量平衡。
