The invention relates to a lifting mechanism for coiled materials. The lifting mechanism comprises a cylinder body, a plurality of sliding holes are formed in the side face of the cylinder body, and aclamping block is connected into each sliding hole in a sliding mode. An adjusting mechanism is arranged in the cylinder body and used for controlling the multiple clamping blocks to stretch out anddraw back. The adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting rod, and the adjusting rod is rotatably connected into the cylinder body. A plurality of cams are fixedly connected to the position, located in the cylinder body, of the adjusting rod, and the multiple cams and the multiple clamping blocks are arranged correspondingly. Each clamping block is specifically in a T shape, and the large-head endof each clamping block is located in the cylinder body. A reset spring is arranged on each clamping block in a sleeved mode and is located between the large-head end of each clamping block and the inner side wall of the cylinder body. According to the lifting mechanism for the coiled materials, the cams are adopted for driving the clamping blocks to stretch out to clamp the interior of a coiled material product, and a lifting ring is matched so that lifting of the coiled material product is facilitated, so that the working efficiency is improved, and the operation difficulty is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种卷材用提升机构,包括圆柱筒体,所述圆柱筒体侧面设有多个滑孔,每个所述滑孔内均滑动连接有夹紧块;所述圆柱筒体内部设有调节机构,调节机构用于控制多个所述夹紧块伸缩;所述调节机构包括调节杆,所述调节杆可转动连接在圆柱筒体内,调节杆上位于圆柱筒体内固定连接有多个凸轮,多个所述凸轮与多个所述夹紧块对应设置;所述夹紧块具体呈T形,夹紧块的大头端位于圆柱筒体内部,所述夹紧块上套设有复位弹簧,复位弹簧位于夹紧块的大头端和圆柱筒体的内侧壁之间;本发明所述的一种卷材用提升机构,采用凸轮驱动夹紧块伸出对卷材制品内部进行夹紧,配合吊环,便于卷材制品的提升,提高工作效率和降低作业难度。
