The invention relates to a soft coiled material lifting tool which comprises a beam and left and right lifting claws, wherein the left lifting claw is fixedly connected to the left end of the beam; the right claw is movably hinged to the right end of the beam; a non-movable hinge point on the right lifting claw is connected with the beam or the left lifting claw by virtue of a gas spring; a winch is arranged at the non-movable hinge point on the left lifting claw or the beam; a steel rope of the winch is connected with the non-movable hinge point on the right lifting claw. When the winch works, the steel wire rope tensions and drives the right lifting claw on a pulley to overcome the acting force of the gas spring to rotate and shrink inward around the hinge point of the beam, so that the head of the right lifting claw extends into the right cylinder opening of the soft coiled material; after the right clamping claw clamps in position, the motor of the winch stops working, the left and right lifting claws clamp the soft coiled material and then a flying ring is connected with the beam, so that the soft coiled material is lifted. Dismounting of the soft coiled material is on the contrary to the clamping process. The lifting tool is convenient to use, free of damage to the coiled material and safe and stable in lifting.
