The invention discloses a coiled material lifting tool. The coiled material lifting tool comprises a lifting rod and lifting ropes. At least part of rod body of the lifting rod in the axial directionis a non-equal-diameter rod body. In a lifting state, the two ends of the inner ring of a coiled material are supported on the outer wall of the lifting rod to form two supporting points. A space is formed between the part, between the two supporting points, of the lifting rod and the inner ring of the coiled material. The lifting ropes are connected with the two axial ends of the lifting rod. According to the coiled material lifting tool, the at least part of rod body of the adopted lifting rod in the axial direction is the non-equal-diameter rod body; during hoisting, only the two axial endsof the inner ring of the coiled material are supported on the outer wall of the lifting rod to form the two supporting points; the space is formed between the part, between the two supporting points,of the lifting rod and the inner ring of the coiled material; thus, traditional line contact supporting is changed to point contact supporting; the contact area can be greatly reduced, the inner ringof the coiled material can be protected against scratches to a great extent, and the surface quality of the coiled material can be guaranteed.

    本发明公开一种卷料吊具,包括吊棒和吊绳,所述吊棒的轴向上的至少部分棒体为非等径棒体,吊装状态下,卷料内圈的两端与所述吊棒的外壁相支撑,并形成两支撑点,所述吊棒在两所述支撑点之间的部分与所述卷料的内圈间隙设置,所述吊绳与所述吊棒的轴向两端部相连。本发明实施例所采用的吊棒在轴向上的至少部分棒体为非等径棒体,吊装时,卷料内圈可仅以轴向两端与吊棒的外壁相支撑,以形成两个支撑点,而吊棒在两支撑点之间的部分与卷料的内圈可以间隙设置;如此,可以将传统的线接触支撑改为点接触支撑,接触面积可以大幅减少,能够较大程度地避免对于卷料内圈造成划伤,有利于保证卷料的表面质量。
