The invention provides a coiled material lifting appliance and carrying system, the coiled material lifting appliance and carrying system comprises a moving mechanism, the moving mechanism comprises a first lifting appliance, a rotating assembly and a second lifting appliance, the first lifting appliance is connected with external moving equipment, the rotating assembly is connected between the first lifting appliance and the second lifting appliance, and the second lifting appliance rotates around a rotating center line through the rotating assembly; and the clamping mechanism is connected to the second lifting appliance and comprises a driving assembly and two clamping jaws, and the two clamping jaws are connected with the driving assembly and are oppositely opened and closed through the driving assembly so as to clamp/release the mandrel of the coiled material to be lifted. According to the hoisting device, shaking and extrusion generated when the whole coiled material rotates in the conventional hoisting process are avoided, the horizontal state of the coiled material in the moving process is also ensured, therefore, the hoisting material is prevented from shaking, and meanwhile the hoisting efficiency and the safety in the hoisting process can be improved. Compared with conventional lifting equipment, the lifting device has the remarkable advantages of being stable in clamping, high in lifting efficiency, stable in lifting process, flexible in reversing, high in safety and the like.
