The invention discloses a flapping wing mechanism with a wing spreading capability, and belongs to the technical field of aircrafts. The flapping wing mechanism comprises a machine body, a wing spreading part and a flapping wing part; the machine body comprises a main plate, a flapping wing middle shaft and an n-shaped outer frame; the flapping wing middle shaft vertically penetrates through the main plate, and the two ends of the flapping wing middle shaft are connected with the flapping wing part; and the n-shaped outer frame is of a horizontally-arranged n-shaped plate structure and is usedfor installing the wing spreading part. The flapping wing part sequentially drives a flapping wing small power gear, a flapping wing large transmission gear, the flapping wing middle shaft and a camthrough a brushless motor, then the cam drives a spherical connecting rod and base portions of flapping wings to move in the vertical direction, and then vertical flapping of the flapping wings is achieved; and the wing spreading part sequentially drives a wing spreading power gear, a first special-shaped gear and a second special-shaped gear through a stepping motor, then special-shaped gear outer arms of the first special-shaped gear and the second special-shaped gear drive the base portions of the flapping wings to move in the horizontal direction, and then opening and closing of the mechanism and maintaining of the spreading state of the wings in the flying state are achieved.

    本发明一种具备展翅能力的扑翼机构,属于飞行器技术领域;包括机体、展翅部分和扑翼部分;机体包括主板、扑翼中轴和n型外框;扑翼中轴垂直贯穿所述主板,其两端用于与所述扑翼部分连接;n型外框为水平放置的n形板结构,用于安装展翅部分。扑翼部分通过所述无刷电机依次驱动扑翼小动力齿轮、扑翼大传动齿轮、扑翼中轴和凸轮,然后由凸轮带动球型连杆和扑翼翅膀的基部沿竖直方向运动,进而实现扑翼翅膀的上下扑动;展翅部分通过步进电机依次驱动展翅动力齿轮、第一异形齿轮、第二异形齿轮,然后由第一异形齿轮、第二异形齿轮的异形齿轮外臂带动所述扑翼翅膀的基部沿水平方向运动,进而实现机构的开合与飞行状态翅膀张开形态的维持。
