The flapping wing mechanism provided by the invention is small in size, and can solve the problem of placement and accommodation when the specific shape of a flapping wing bionic animal is manufactured; the small motor drives the heavier flapping wing, so that a large flapping wing bionic animal can be made; the mechanism is stable, and the quality of flapping wing products can be guaranteed; the unfolding angle can reach 0-180 degrees, and the movement characteristics of bionic flapping-wing animals are better met.
本发明提供一种扑翼机构。四个固定安装板围绕成一个回型框,靠近前端和后端的两个固定安装板上固定安装有对称设置的两个旋转轴,且两个旋转轴上均转动连接有扑翼旋转板,两个扑翼旋转板的上端均固定安装有扑翼固定板,位于前端的一个固定安装板外侧壁上安装有电机,位于前端的一个固定安装板内侧安装有曲轴,且曲轴的一端通过联轴器与电机的输出端固定连接,曲轴通过限位组件与两个扑翼旋转板传动连接。本发明提供的扑翼机构体积小,可以解决制作扑翼仿生动物具体外形时放置容纳的问题;小电机驱动较重的扑翼,可以做大扑翼仿生动物;机构稳定,可以保证扑翼产品的质量;展开角度可以达到0‑180度,更加符合仿生扑翼动物的运动特点。
