The invention provides a high-voltage line obstacle crossing vehicle which is convenient to operate, comfortable and safe when a high-voltage transmission line is overhauled. The vehicle comprises a rack, a guide wheel rotationally connected to the upper portion of the rack, a pedal device driving the guide wheel to rotate, an obstacle crossing device arranged on the guide wheel, a handheld mechanism fixedly connected to the pedal device and a seat fixedly connected to the lower portion of the rack. The guide wheel is arranged over the pedal device, and the seat and the handheld mechanism arearranged on the same side of the pedal device. The obstacle crossing device is in chain transmission with the handheld mechanism; the pedal device is rotationally connected to the lower part of the rack; a brake mechanism is also included and arranged on one side of the guide wheel; the handheld mechanism controls the opening and closing of the brake mechanism; the gravity center of the high-voltage line obstacle crossing vehicle is arranged in the center of the guide wheel.
