The invention discloses a passive auxiliary obstacle crossing high-voltage line inspection robot which comprises a rack, two passive obstacle crossing mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of the rack respectively, two walking mechanisms are arranged on the portion, between the two passive obstacle crossing mechanisms, of the rack, and a clamping jaw mechanism capable of walking along the rack is arranged between the two walking mechanisms; the passive obstacle crossing mechanism comprises a line pressing support, a pressing wheel assembly and a pressing wheel reset assembly, wherein the pressing wheel assembly and the pressing wheel reset assembly are arranged on the line pressing support. The walking mechanism comprises a wire hanging walking wheel assembly, the wire hanging walking wheel assembly is connected with a walking lifting assembly, and the bottom end of the walking lifting assembly is in running fit with the rack; the clamping jaw mechanism comprises a clamping jaw assembly, the lower end of the clamping jaw assembly is connected with a clamping jaw lifting assembly, and the bottom end of the clamping jaw lifting assembly is connected with a sliding assembly. According to the invention, when the two walking wheels leave the high-voltage line due to obstacle crossing requirements, the line pressing rollers of the two passive obstacle crossing mechanisms are pressed on the high-voltage line, so that the risk that the walking wheels cannot hang lines again is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种被动辅助越障高压线巡检机器人,包括机架,机架的两端各设置一个被动越障机构,两个被动越障机构之间的机架上设置两个行走机构,两个行走机构之间设置有可沿机架行走的夹爪机构;被动越障机构包括压线支架以及设置在压线支架上的压轮组件、压轮复位组件;行走机构包括挂线行走轮组件,挂线行走轮组件与行走升降组件相连,行走升降组件底端与机架进行转动配合;夹爪机构包括夹爪组件,夹爪组件下端与夹爪升降组件相连,夹爪升降组件底端与滑移组件相连。本发明中,两个行走轮因越障需求离开高压线时,两个被动越障机构的压线滚轮均压在高压线上,降低了行走轮无法重新挂线的风险。
