When the main vehicle body and the auxiliary vehicle body are mutually embedded, the main vehicle body wheels touch the ground, the auxiliary vehicle body wheels are suspended, the shuttle vehicle walks in the left-right direction, and if the shuttle vehicle needs to walk in the front-back direction, the reversing mechanism works to separate the main vehicle body from the auxiliary vehicle body, the auxiliary vehicle body wheels touch the ground, and the main vehicle body wheels are suspended; the structure can be freely reversed at a crossroad of a storage shelf track, and has a very high application value in the field of intelligent storage.

    本发明公开一种四向行走穿梭车,包括主车体、副车体、设置在主车体四角上的换向机构和承载于换向机构上的载货台,主车体上设置有顶升换向系统和行走系统,主车体两侧分别有第一车轮,副车体两侧分别有第二车轮,第一车轮和第二车轮的朝向互相垂直,行走系统和第一车轮、第二车轮连接,顶升换向系统和换向机构连接,主车体和副车体通过直线导轨滑块组及弹簧组件连接;本发明在主、副车体相互嵌入时,主车体车轮着地,副车体车轮悬空,穿梭车沿左右方向行走,如果需要前后方向行走时,换向机构工作将主、副车体分离,副车体车轮着地,主车体车轮悬空;此结构可以在仓储货架轨道的十字路口自由换向,在智能仓储领域具有很高的应用价值。
