The invention relates to a hybrid commercial vehicle braking mode management method. The method comprises the steps: monitoring and collecting brake pedal signals continuously; judging whether a vehicle is in a deceleration braking state; if the vehicle is in the deceleration braking state, calculating the required braking torque; calculating the maximum braking torque which can be provided by thehybrid motor at the current moment; if the maximum braking torque is equal to 0, determining that the brake mode is mechanical braking and auxiliary braking; if the maximum braking torque is smallerthan the required braking torque, judging that the braking mode is regenerative braking, mechanical braking and auxiliary braking of the hybrid motor; otherwise, collecting the vehicle speed at the current moment; calculating the rotating speed of the hybrid motor; if the rotating speed of the hybrid motor is not less than the minimum starting rotating speed of the hybrid motor, judging that the braking mode is regenerated braking of the hybrid motor; otherwise, determining that the braking mode is mechanical braking. According to the invention, the hybrid power motor is introduced into the braking system, so that the braking energy recovery and management of the hybrid power commercial vehicle based on the EBS are realized.
本发明涉及混动商用车制动方式管理方法,包含步骤:持续监测并采集制动踏板信号;判断车辆是否处于减速制动状态;如果处于减速制动状态,计算需求制动扭矩;计算混动电机在当前时刻可以提供的最大制动扭矩;如果最大制动扭矩等于0,则判定为机械制动和辅助制动;如果最大制动扭矩小于需求制动扭矩,则判定为混动电机再生制动、机械制动和辅助制动;否则采集当前时刻的车速;计算混动电机转速;如果混动电机转速不小于混动电机最小启动转速,则判定为混动电机再生制动;否则判定为机械制动。本发明通过将混动电机纳入制动系统,从而实现了基于EBS的混动商用车制动能量回收及管理。
