A brake force management module is connected with a brake pedal to obtain brake demand information input when a driver steps on the brake pedal, the air pressure required by an electric drive axle air chamber is calculated, and air pressure distribution is achieved; the electric drive axle air chamber generates braking torque to drive the brake pad to brake the wheels; the whole vehicle controller is in communication connection with the braking force management module, the whole vehicle control module monitors the braking state of each axle, if the electric drive axle motor does not conduct motor braking and the braking torque of each axle is the same, the braking force distributed by the braking force management module meets the actual requirement at the moment, and the braking force management module is kept to distribute the air pressure of each axle air chamber; until the vehicle stops or the brake pedal is released. The shaft braking torque is optimized, so that the shaft braking torque of the electric drive axle is the same as the shaft braking torque of a common axle, and the problem that the braking force of the electric drive axle is superposed due to energy recovery is avoided.

    本发明提供一种混动商用车制动管理控制系统及方法,属于新能源汽车技术领域,制动力管理模块通过与制动踏板连接,获取驾驶员踩下制动踏板所输入的制动需求信息,计算出电驱桥气室所需气压,实现气压分配,电驱桥气室产生制动力矩,驱动刹车片对车轮实现刹车;整车控制器与制动力管理模块通信连接,整车控制模块监控各桥制动状态,若电驱桥电机未进行电机制动,且各桥制动力矩相同,此时制动力管理模块分配的制动力符合实际要求,保持制动力管理模块分配各桥气室气压,直至车辆停止或刹车踏板松开。本发明优化轴制动力矩,使得电驱桥的轴制动力矩与普通桥轴制动力矩相同,避免出现因能量回收产生的电驱桥制动力叠加的问题。
