According to the invention, the same deceleration of the vehicle under different loading states can be realized, and the braking comfort and safety are improved.

    本发明提供了一种商用车制动方法及制动系统,涉及商用车制动领域,采用的方案是:当制动踏板踩下后,根据预先构建的总阀推杆位移‑制动减速度曲线获得相应的制动减速度a,结合整车重量m计算制动力F,根据预先构建的制动力‑制动气压曲线获得相应的制动气压P,制动总阀模块动作使制动气室达到相应的制动气压P进行制动。本发明能够增能够实现不同载重状态下车辆的减速度相同,提高了制动舒适性和安全性。
