The invention discloses an online dynamic detection system for the wheel tread temperature. The system comprises a temperature acquisition module and a host, wherein the temperature acquisition modulecomprises an infrared temperature measurement probe which is arranged beside a track and used for measuring the rim side surface temperature of a traveling wheel, and the host receives the actually measured rim side surface temperature obtained by the infrared temperature measurement probe and calculates the wheel tread temperature. According to the invention, a non-contact infrared temperature measurement mode is adopted, the wheel tread temperature is indirectly calculated by measuring the rim side surface temperature of the wheel, the influence of the wheel tread surface condition is avoided, the measurement accuracy is high, normal operation of the railway vehicle is not hindered, online dynamic measurement is achieved, the temperature value of the tread when the railway vehicle worksis accurately mastered, a basis is provided for further researching the influence of temperature rise of the wheel tread on the state of the wheel tread, train operation accidents caused by over-hightemperature of the wheel tread are avoided, and the operation safety of the railway vehicle is ensured.

    本发明公开一种车轮踏面温度在线动态检测系统,包括温度采集模组和主机,所述的温度采集模组包括设置在轨道旁的用于测量行进中的车轮的轮辋侧面温度的红外测温探头,主机接收红外测温探头得到的实测轮辋侧面温度并计算得到车轮踏面温度。本发明采用非接触的红外测温方式,通过测量车轮轮辋侧面温度来间接计算获得车轮踏面温度,不受车轮踏面表面状况的影响,测量准确度高,不妨碍轨道车辆的正常运行,实现在线动态测量,准确掌握轨道车辆工作时踏面的温度值,为进一步研究车轮踏面温升对车轮踏面状态的影响提供依据,避免因车轮踏面温度过高导致的列车运行事故,确保轨道车辆的运行安全性。
