The invention discloses a wheel tread scratch and out-of-roundness online dynamic detection method. The method comprises the following steps of installing detection equipment on two sides of a rail, and fitting a standard voltage curve for normal wheels through a measuring unit; when the to-be-detected wheel passes, acquiring a current vehicle passing voltage curve; comparing the two voltage curves by adopting an average value extraction method or an average interpolation method to obtain a wheel out-of-roundness voltage difference value, and converting the wheel out-of-roundness voltage difference value into a displacement difference value; carrying out data splicing on the displacement difference value to obtain a wheel out-of-roundness displacement difference value curve and a maximum data point; and determining whether the maximum data point is smaller than a preset threshold value or not, if so, defining that the to-be-detected wheel is not abnormal, carrying out weighted calibration training on the standard voltage curve, acquiring a new standard voltage curve, iteratively executing the step that the to-be-detected wheel passes through the detection equipment, and if not, defining that the to-be-detected wheel is abnormal. According to the method, a precision influence caused by abrasion generated by long-term contact between the detection equipment and a wheel rim is eliminated, and the service life of the detection equipment is prolonged while the detection precision is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车轮踏面擦伤及不圆度在线动态检测方法,包括:将检测设备安装至铁轨两侧,将正常车轮通过测量单元,拟合标准电压曲线;当待测车轮通过时,获取当前过车电压曲线;采用平均抽值法或平均插值法将两个电压曲线进行对比,得到车轮不圆度电压差值,并将其转化为位移差值;将位移差值进行数据拼接,得到车轮不圆度位移差值曲线以及最大数据点;判断最大数据点是否小于预设阈值,若小于,则待测车轮无异常,对标准电压曲线进行加权标定训练,获得新标准电压曲线,迭代执行待测车轮通过检测设备步骤,反之待测车轮异常。该方法消除由于检测设备与车轮轮缘长期接触产生磨损带来的精度影响,提高检测精度的同时增加了检测设备的使用寿命。
