The invention discloses a tower-climbing manned chair along an anti-falling rail for a power transmission line. The tower-climbing manned chair comprises a seat and a sliding seat, wherein the slidingseat comprises a C-shaped seat body, a pressing wheel mechanism and a pulley mechanism, the pressing wheel mechanism comprises a pressing wheel, the pressing wheel mechanism is assembled on the uppersurface of the C-shaped seat body and can adjust the position relative to the surface of the anti-falling rail, the pulley mechanism comprises pulleys, the pulley mechanism is assembled in the two sides of the C-shaped seat body, and the pulleys can adjust the position relative to the side surface of the anti-falling rail; the sliding seat is connected with the seat through the closed end of theC-shaped seat body, the open end of the C-shaped seat body is clamped with the anti-falling rail, the pressing wheel is pressed on the surface of the anti-falling rail, and the pulleys are clamped ontwo sides of the anti-falling rail. After the tower-climbing manned chair is put into use, the sliding seat is assembled outside the anti-falling guide rail, an operator enters the seat, the seat is connected with external power, the seat is driven by the external power to ascend and descend along the anti-falling guide rail through the sliding seat, so that the operator does not need to consume alarge amount of physical strength and time in the tower climbing process, the labor intensity is reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved.
