The invention discloses a tower descending buffer seat for a power transmission line along an anti-falling track, which comprises a seat main body, a surface wheel, side wheels and a descending bufferdevice, wherein the seat main body comprises a top plate, a pair of bottom plates and side plates, the bottom plates are connected below the top plate through the side plates, and a mounting groove is formed in one end of the top plate; the surface wheel is connected to the outer end of the mounting groove; the side wheels are assembled in the end parts of the side plates; the descending buffer device comprises a friction pad, the descending buffer device is assembled at the inner end of the mounting groove, and the friction pad can move relative to the surface of the anti-falling track to adjust friction force. When the tower descending buffer seat is in use, the tower descending buffer seat is clamped on the anti-falling track, the friction pad is adjusted to be not in contact with theanti-falling track, then the friction pad is carried to the tower by an external tower climbing robot; when the external tower climbing robot needs to be controlled to be recycled after operation is completed, the friction pad is adjusted to make contact with the anti-falling track, the friction force is adjusted by adjusting the contact tightness till the friction force counteracts the gravity ofthe friction pad and the gravity of the tower climbing robot, then a downward initial speed is given to the seat main body, and then uniform-speed descending can be achieved without extra external tower descending power.

    本发明公开了一种输电线路沿防坠轨道下塔缓冲座,它包括座主体、面轮、侧轮和下降缓冲装置;座主体包括顶板、底板、侧板,一对底板通过侧板连接于顶板下,顶板一端设有安装槽;面轮连接于安装槽外端,侧轮装配于侧板端部内;下降缓冲装置包括摩擦垫,下降缓冲装置装配于安装槽内端,摩擦垫能够相对防坠轨道表面运动以调节摩擦力。使用时,卡于防坠轨道上,调节摩擦垫与防坠轨道不接触,然后由外部爬塔机器人携运至塔上,作业完成后需操控外部爬塔机器人回收时,调节摩擦垫与防坠轨道接触,并通过调节接触紧密度调节摩擦力,调至摩擦力抵消其自身重力与爬塔机器人重力,再给座主体一个向下的初速度即可匀速下降,无需额外的外部下塔动力。
