The invention discloses a framework of a tower-climbing robot for a power transmission line along an anti-falling track. The framework comprises a sliding seat, a hinge mechanism and a floating frame,wherein the floating frame comprises a swing frame and a pitching arm, the pitching arm is hinged to the swing frame, a hinge shaft is in the same direction as the width direction of the anti-fallingtrack, and the pitching arm can rotate relative to the anti-falling track in a pitching mode; the floating frame is connected with the sliding seat through a hinge mechanism through a swinging frameof the floating frame, a hinge shaft is perpendicular to the anti-falling track, and the floating frame can horizontally swing relative to the anti-falling track. When the framework is put into use, the sliding seat and the floating frame are hinged through the hinge mechanism, so that the sliding seat and the floating frame can relatively swing in the horizontal direction to climb the anti-falling track with certain curvature; and the pitching arm of the floating frame can rotate relative to the swinging frame in a pitching manner, so that the anti-falling track with a certain pitching anglecan be climbed, and the adaptability is improved. Therefore, the tower climbing robot using the framework can climb along the anti-falling track in a turning mode.

    本发明公开了一种输电线路沿防坠轨道爬塔机器人骨架,它包括滑座、铰接机构和浮动架;浮动架包括摆动架和俯仰臂,俯仰臂与摆动架铰接,铰接轴与防坠轨道宽度方向同向,俯仰臂能够相对防坠轨道俯仰转动;浮动架以其摆动架与滑座通过铰接机构相连,铰接轴垂直于防坠轨道,浮动架能够相对防坠轨道水平摆动。投入使用时,由于滑座与浮动架通过铰接机构铰接,使两者能够在水平方向相对摆动从而能够攀爬具有一定弯曲度的防坠轨道;而浮动架本身的俯仰臂能够相对摆动架俯仰转动,从而能够攀爬具有一定俯仰角度的防坠轨道,提高适应性。使运用本发明的爬塔机器人能够沿防坠轨道过弯爬坡。
