The invention provides an underwater robot heat dissipation device, which comprises a robot body, a dynamic sealing cylinder body and a limiting rod control cylinder body, wherein the dynamic sealingcylinder body and the limiting rod control cylinder body are arranged in the robot body and divide the internal part of the robot body into a first chamber and a second chamber; the first chamber is internally provided with a driving mechanism, a first ball screw and a second ball screw which are in driving connection with one another; the second chamber communicated with the outside is internallyprovided with a limiter with a limiting rod, a first guide rod, a guide rod base, a spring, a rack and an exhaust pipe communicated with the dynamic sealing cylinder body, the spring and the rack arearranged on the first guide rod in a sleeving mode, an exhaust port of the exhaust pipe is located outside the machine body, a first piston is arranged in the dynamic sealing cylinder body, a secondpiston is arranged in the limiting rod control cylinder body, the first piston is fixedly connected with the rack, and the second piston is fixedly connected with a second guide rod. Compared with theprior art, the underwater robot heat dissipation device has the advantages that the pressure of gas in the robot body can be higher than that of gas outside the robot body, so that the heat dissipation function of the underwater robot is achieved, and normal operation of the robot is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种水下机器人散热装置,包括机体、设于机体内并将机体内部划分出第一腔室、第二腔室的动密封缸体和限位杆控制缸体、设于第一腔室相互驱动连接的驱动机构、第一滚珠丝杠和第二滚珠丝杠、设于与外界连通的第二腔室的齿条、带设有限位杆的限位器、第一导杆和导杆底座、套设在第一导杆上弹簧和齿条,以及与动密封缸体连通的排气管,排气管的排气口位于机体外,动密封缸体内设有第一活塞,限位杆控制缸体内设有第二活塞,第一活塞与齿条固定连接,第二活塞与第二导杆固定连接;相比于现有技术,本发明的一种水下机器人散热装置可以使机体内的气体压强高于机体外的气体压强,从而使得水下机器人实现散热功能,保证机器人的正常运作。
