The underwater cooling and heat dissipation device comprises a plurality of fins arranged at intervals; the plurality of vibration assemblies are respectively arranged between two adjacent fins; the vibration assembly vibrates, the water flow speed is increased, and the convection heat exchange capacity of the fins is enhanced; or under the low heat dissipation requirement, the vibration assembly vibrates by means of environmental power sources such as underwater undercurrent, and heat dissipation of the fins is promoted; through excitation of the vibration assembly, pulse water flow is formed between the fins, attachment of pollutants on the fins is reduced, flowing of water between the fins is promoted, the forced convection effect between water fluid and the heat exchange fins is formed, the convection heat exchange capacity of the fins is enhanced, and then the heat exchange efficiency of the fins is improved; and moreover, the power input of the structure is relatively small, the energy consumption is greatly reduced, and low-energy-consumption operation is effectively realized while efficient heat dissipation is ensured. And meanwhile, the structure is compact, and the miniaturization development of the structure is facilitated.

    本发明涉及水下设备技术领域,具体涉及一种水下用冷却散热装置及水下作业设备,水下用冷却散热装置包括:多个间隔排列的翅片;多个振动组件分别设置于相邻两翅片之间;振动组件振动,增大水流速,强化翅片的对流换热能力;或者在低散热需求下,利用水下暗流等环境动力源,振动组件振动,促进翅片散热;本申请通过振动组件的激振,使得翅片间形成脉冲水流,减小污染物在翅片上的附着,促进翅片间水的流动,形成水流体与换热翅片间的强制对流效果,强化翅片的对流换热能力,进而提高翅片的换热效率;并且,结构动力输入相对较小,大大降低能耗,在保证高效散热的同时,有效实现低能耗运作。同时,具有结构紧凑的优点,有利于结构的小型化发展。
