The invention discloses a robot chassis system, which comprises a chassis support and a transmission shaft, wherein a main gear is mounted on the outer surface of the transmission shaft, caterpillar bands are installed on the two sides of the chassis support and sleeve outside main gears on the same side, swing arms are connected to the two ends of the transmission shaft, a worm wheel is welded tothe outer surface of the transmission shaft, a connecting box is installed at the position, which is located at the worm wheel, of the exterior of the transmission shaft through a bearing, a self-locking motor is installed at the rear end of the connecting box, and a worm installed at the front end of the self-locking motor is meshed with the worm wheel. According to the robot chassis system, firstly, a protective belt is arranged at the bottom end of the chassis support, the chassis support can be prevented from moving relative to the ground, the service life of the chassis support is prolonged, and the use safety of the chassis support is improved; and secondly, a heat dissipation net is arranged on the outer side of the chassis support, a water absorption pad is arranged between the heat dissipation net and the chassis support, heat dissipation can be continuously conducted on the chassis support, and the heat dissipation effect is improved.

    本发明公开了一种机器人底盘系统,包括底盘支架以及传动轴,且传动轴的外表面安装有主齿轮,所述底盘支架的两侧均安装有履带,并套接在位于同侧所述主齿轮的外部,所述传动轴的两端均连接有摆臂,所述传动轴的外表面焊接有蜗轮,且传动轴外部位于蜗轮位置处通过轴承安装有连接盒,所述连接盒的后端安装有自锁电机,安装在所述自锁电机前端的蜗杆与蜗轮啮合。本发明所述的一种机器人底盘系统,一是通过在底盘支架的底端设置防护带,能够避免底盘支架与地面发生相对运动,提高底盘支架使用寿命与使用的安全性,二是通过在底盘支架的外侧设置散热网,并在散热网与底盘支架之间设置吸水垫,能够持续对底盘支架进行散热,提高散热效果。
