The invention provides a collision risk-based unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) control area buffer area division method for a flight route segment, which comprises the following steps of: S1, dividing acorresponding control area buffer area according to a core area in a control area; S2, the buffer area of the control area is the minimum area meeting the constraint condition; and S3, calculating toobtain parameters of the buffer area of the control area. By means of the division method, the control area buffer area can be set while the protection range of the nuclear area in the control area isaccurately controlled, it is ensured that accurate division of the civil unmanned aerial vehicle control area is achieved on the premise that the operation safety and efficiency of a civil aircraft are not affected, and refined operation management of the unmanned aerial vehicle is facilitated.

    本发明提供了一种基于碰撞风险的飞行航段的无人机管控区缓冲区划设方法,包括如下步骤:S1根据管控区内核区,划设对应的管控区缓冲区区域;S2管控区缓冲区为满足约束条件的最小区域;S3计算获得管控区缓冲区参数。通过该划设方法能够精确管控区内核区的保护范围的同时设置管控区缓冲区,确保在不影响民航飞机运行安全与效率的前提下,实现对民用无人机管控区的精准划设,有利于无人机的精细化运行管理。
