The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle flight area risk prediction method, which comprises the steps of determining a flight activity risk value of a target unmanned aerial vehicle according to a flight environment of a geographic position corresponding to a target flight track of the target unmanned aerial vehicle and a target flight time period; according to a collision accident of a historical unmanned aerial vehicle of the same type as the target unmanned aerial vehicle in a historical period, determining a ground risk value of the target unmanned aerial vehicle; determining the economic loss risk value of the target unmanned aerial vehicle according to the damage degree of the historical unmanned aerial vehicle after the collision accident; and determining the sum of the flight activity risk value, the ground risk value and the economic loss risk value of the target unmanned aerial vehicle as an area risk value of the target unmanned aerial vehicle in the target flight activity range so as to represent the risk degree of the target unmanned aerial vehicle in the target flight activity range in the target flight time period. Reference is provided for an operation user of the target unmanned aerial vehicle and an approver of the flight activity request, so that the flight risk is reduced.
