An embodiment of the invention discloses a travelling crane lifting process and travelling crane lifting equipment. The travelling crane lifting process comprises the steps of: 1, adjusting the distance between two lifting hooks to be equal to the diameter of a tubular pile; 2, installing a lifting tool between the two lifting hooks, so that the distance between the two lifting hooks is fixed; 3,hanging the two lifting hooks on lifting holes in two sides of the tubular pile correspondingly; 4, lifting the tubular pile, wherein a crane ascends to hoist the tubular pile; 5, shifting the tubularpile, wherein a travelling crane moves to drive the lifting hooks to move the tubular pile to a target position; 6, arranging the tubular pile in place, wherein the tubular pile is descended to the target position by means of the crane; 7, and carrying out unhooking, wherein the lifting hooks are taken down from the lifting holes in the tubular pile, and the lifting tool is unloaded. The travelling crane lifting process can adjust and fix the distance between the lifting hooks according to the width of a lifted object, so that the lifting hooks are vertically arranged under a trolley during lifting, the situations that steel wire ropes are disengaged from grooves, a pulley is damaged and the steel wire ropes are damaged are not likely to occur, the safety of the lifting process can be effectively improved, and the lifting process is guaranteed to be smoothly conducted.
本发明实施例公开了一种行车吊装工艺及吊装设备,包括步骤:1、调整两个吊钩的间距至与管桩的直径相等;2、在两个吊钩之间安装吊装工装,使两个吊钩之间的间距固定;3、将两个吊钩分别挂接在管桩的两侧吊孔上;4、管桩起吊,吊机上升,将管桩吊起;5、管桩移位,行车移动,带动吊钩以管桩移动至目标位置;6、管桩就位,利用吊机将管桩下降在目标位置处;7、脱钩,将吊钩从管桩上的吊孔上取下,再卸下吊装工装,本发明可以根据吊起物件的宽度来调节并固定吊钩之间的距离,这样在起吊时,吊钩垂直设置在小车的正下方,不易出现钢丝绳脱槽、滑轮损坏、及钢丝绳受损等情况,从而可以有效提升吊装过程的安全性,保证吊装过程的顺利进行。
