The invention provides an electromagnetic lifting appliance proximity switch pulling-up device, an unmanned travelling crane and a lifting placement method thereof.The electromagnetic lifting appliance proximity switch pulling-up device comprises an electromagnetic chuck, a limiting switch, an elastic contact device and chuck chains, the electromagnetic chuck is installed on a travelling crane lifting beam through the multiple chuck chains, the limiting switch is installed at the top of the electromagnetic chuck, and the elastic contact device is installed on the electromagnetic chuck; two ends of the elastic contact device are respectively connected with the travelling crane hanging beam and the electromagnetic chuck; when the suction cup chain is in a straightened state, the elastic contact device does not make contact with the limiting switch, and when the suction cup chain is in a loose state, the elastic contact device makes contact with the limiting switch. The springs are installed at the ends of the cover plate chains, so that the cover plate chains can buffer the force borne by the cover plate chains through the springs in the vertical moving process of the crane hanging beam, the cover plate chains are prevented from being pulled up or put down suddenly, and therefore in the long-term using process, the service life of the cover plate chains can be prolonged, and the damage rate is greatly reduced.

    本发明提供了一种电磁吊具接近开关拉升装置、无人行车及其起吊放置方法,包括电磁吸盘、限位开关、弹性接触装置以及吸盘链条,所述电磁吸盘通过多根所述吸盘链条安装在行车吊梁上,所述限位开关安装在所述电磁吸盘的顶部,所述弹性接触装置的两端分别与所述行车吊梁、所述电磁吸盘连接;当所述吸盘链条处于拉直状态,所述弹性接触装置与所述限位开关不接触,当所述吸盘链条处于松弛状态,所述弹性接触装置与所述限位开关接触。本发明通过在盖板链条的端部安装弹簧,使得行车吊梁在上下移动的过程中,盖板链条能够通过弹簧对受到的力进行缓冲,避免突然被拉起或放下,从而在长期使用过程中,可以延长盖板链条的使用寿命,损坏率得到大幅度下降。
