The intelligent travelling crane lifting appliancecomprises a lifting appliance main beam and a lifting arm, wherein the lower end of the lifting arm is an L-shaped hook head; a motor for driving the lifting arm to open and close is arranged on themain beam; a lead screw is arranged in the main beam; the motor is connected with the lead screw through a transmission mechanism; the lead screw is connected with the lifting arm; a distance measuring sensor which is inclined downwards is arranged at the outer side of the bottom corner of the lifting arm; a first horizontal photoelectric sensor is arranged on a position, close to the hook head, below the inner side of the lifting arm; a second horizontal photoelectric sensor is arranged below the hook head; and a vertical photoelectric sensor is arranged at the inner side of the lifting arm.The intelligent travelling crane lifting appliance can judge whether objects are arranged below or not by detecting comparison between height below the lifting appliance and the ground, so that safetyduring automatic operation of an unmanned travelling crane is guaranteed, the risk that objects on the upper surface fall onto objects on the lower surface due to inaccurate system data is solved, the problem that manual real-time monitoring is needed is avoided, labor power is saved, and operation of the unmanned travelling crane is safer.

    本发明公开了一种智能行车吊具,属于行车吊具技术领域。本发明包括吊具主梁和吊臂,吊臂的下端是L型的钩头,主梁上设有驱动吊臂开合的电机,主梁内设丝杠,电机和丝杠通过传动机构连接,丝杠与吊臂相连,吊臂的底角外侧设有斜向下的测距传感器,吊臂内侧下方靠近钩头处设有第一水平光电传感器,钩头下面设有第二水平光电传感器,吊臂的内侧设有竖直光电传感器。本发明可以通过探测吊具下方高度与地面的比较判断下方是否有物品,确保无人行车自动运行期间的安全,解决了经常因为系统数据不准而出现的上面物品砸落在下面物品上的风险,避免了需要人工实时监控的问题,节约了人力,使无人行车运行更加安全。
