The invention discloses a two-steering-engine coaxial double-rotor system and a control strategy thereof, and belongs to the technical field of helicopter structures, the two-steering-engine coaxial double-rotor system comprises an upper driving module, an upper rotor assembly, an upper swash plate assembly, a central assembly, a lower swash plate assembly, a lower rotor assembly and a lower driving module. Compared with a common scheme that two steering engines can only adjust the single-layer periodic variable pitch, the technical scheme has the advantages that under the condition that onlytwo steering engines are used, the variable pitch of the upper-layer rotor wing and the lower-layer rotor wing is controlled at the same time, and the control performance of pitching and rolling of the upper-layer rotor wing and the lower-layer rotor wing is exerted with the minimum number of the steering engines. And the characteristic that the rotor wings can change speed is utilized to solve the problem that the total distance control is not increased or decreased under the two-steering engine scheme. Lifting and heading control force is provided by adjusting the rotating speed of the upperrotor wing and the lower rotor wing. The structure with large specific gravity is located in the middle of the rotor system, the gravity center of the system is closer to the power center, and structural arrangement of loads, energy and other modules is better facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种两舵机共轴双旋翼系统及其控制策略,属于直升机的结构技术领域,包括上驱动模块,上旋翼组件,上斜盘组件,中心组件,下斜盘组件,下旋翼组件,下驱动模块。本发明技术方案相比普通的两个舵机只能调节单层周期变距的方案,在同样仅使用两个舵机的情况下,同时控制了上下层旋翼的变距,以最少的舵机数量发挥上下旋翼俯仰与横滚的操纵性能。并利用了旋翼可以变速的特点解决了两舵机方案下没有加减总距控制的问题。通过上、下旋翼转速的调节提供升降,航向的操纵力。并且较大比重的结构位于旋翼系统中间,系统重心更加靠近动力中心,更有利于载荷及能源等模块的结构布置。
